Buffet Menu for Catrin Finch concert night 18th July.

  • Oinc Oinc Hog Roast – with homemade apple sauce and celery and thyme stuffing.
  • Vegetarian Option ( also vegan) – butternut squash, mushroom and green lentil loaf.
  • Summer potato salad – with green beans and sugar snap peas in a lemon and mustard vinegarette.
  • Beetroot, carrot and walnut slaw –  with cumin, coriander and lime dressing.
  • Cous cous salad – with roast courgette, aubergine and peppers in a harissa dressing
  • Classic Greek Salad – with feta, olives and oregano.
  • Lightly dressed green garden herb salad.
